Welcome! The current ordinance of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate to combat the corona virus includes the registration of overnight guests from abroad. We thank you for your understanding and your cooperation in the interests of everyone’s health.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable state ordinance to combat the corona virus (www.corona.rlp.de), overnight guests from abroad are only permitted if:
▪ Guests must be symptom-free upon arrival at the time of check-in.
▪ Guests must consult a doctor immediately if they have symptoms.
▪ If an infection is confirmed, the accommodation provider must be informed immediately, which will immediately inform the responsible health department.
▪ Guests who want to check in from a risk area must provide evidence of their non-infection by means of a medical certificate. The medical certificate must be based on a molecular biological test for the presence of an infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which was carried out in a member state of the European Union or in another country published by the Robert Koch Institute and carried out no more than 48 hours before entry has been.
▪ Guests who are not willing to comply with the above rules may not be granted accommodation.

Please note the hygiene and distance rules in the hotel and the gastronomic areas.

  • Please disinfect your hands before entering our house
  • Please wear a mouth and nose protection in all public areas in the hotel building.
  • Please keep a distance of 1.5 meters from other guests and employees wherever possible
  • Use of the elevator is only permitted individually or with people from your own household
  • Please use the private sanitary facilities in your hotel room.

Half board / dinner: For operational reasons, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer a evening meal until Easter in 2021. Please visit our colleagues in town.

Tourist attactions and sight seeing places like the pleasure boats, heritage railways and museums are running  and open with restrictions due to the cuirrent situation.

In the Hotel
Due to the current situation due to Covid-19, all guests must register with their name and address.
The data will be destroyed 30 days later. We have taken anumber of precausions to make your stay as safe a possible. Please note the hygiene and clearance rules in the hotel and the catering areas.

  • Please disinfect your hands before entering our house
  • Please keep a distance of 1.5 meters from other guests and employees wherever possible.
  • The elevator may only be used individually or with people from your own household
  • Reception and restaurant hours are reduced and will be adapted to the demand.
  • We serve a self-service buffet breakfast and evening buffet /3-course menu (half board, please prebook).
