Location opposite train station excellent for getting about , our bedroom faced the station but hardly heard any noise. The manager and staff were very warm and welcoming , and could all speak very good English. The rooms were very clean , warm and well maintained. Thurly enjoyed the choice of meals (buffet style) and would definitely go there again…. – Annette D.
The Pinger Hotel is comfortable, with all necessary amenities, and a warm welcome from all the staff, who are very helpful. It is a family run establishment, rather than being a soulless luxury hotel, and what it does, it does very well indeed. – Anthony R.
Couldn’t be a more convenient location right opposite the train station which gave access to many interesting places which could be visited along the Rhine from Cologne down to Rudesheim and further. Staff were very efficient and cleanliness was top quality. – PeakFrean
Having travelled from the UK without problems with a group, the Hoteliers & their staff welcomed all with efficiency, and were on hand always. – Mary
I Spent Christmas there. The family (who own the hotel) and the staff were very friendly and provided good service and information where necessary – Trevor S.
Walked out of the railway station straight into the hotel. Couldn’t be more convenient for all the places of interest in the area. Very comfortable rooms, good food, good mealtimes. Lovely staff. Couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. A perfect place to make your base. – Fiona R.
