1 Our standard terms for fair trading
As common in business life, the booking of rooms also involves some legal regulations. A room booking made by the guest and accepted by the hotel constitutes a contractual relationship between two parties, the so-called guest reception agreement (accommodation contract), which must be adhered to both parties as is normal with any other agreement.
1. The guest reception agreement
1.1. The guest reception agreement will be concluded as soon as the room booking is accepted by the hotel.
1.2. The Hotel keeper undertakes to keep the room in advance available for the guest. Otherwise, he undertakes to pay damages to the guest.
1.3. The guest undertakes to pay the agreed or customary price for the room/package for the duration of the agreement. This will also apply if the room is not utilized. In the event of a non-utilization of the room, the expenses not incurred by the hotel operator and the income gained from letting the room to another guest will be duly taken into account.
1.4. The hotel operator is bound in good faith to let rooms not utilized to other guests, as far as possible.
2. Cancellation fees
For bookings with up to three rooms: free cancellation until 12:00 hours one day before arrival.
For group bookings with 4 rooms and more:
Up to 42 days prior to arrival date: free of charge for room bookings, customers who booked a packages will lose their agreed deposit.
41 – 28 days prior to arrival date: payment of 50 % of the agreed price
27 – 1 day(s) prior to arrival date: payment of 80 % of the agreed price
Day of arrival: payment of 90 % of the agreed price
In addition we will charge for extraordinary costs that occur in conjunction with the booking.
All cancellations must be in writing.
3. Change of price and contents of your booking
3.1. The arrangements described in our brochures may require changes after booking and we reserve the right to do so at any time after a booking is made. Most of these changes are very minor, but where they are significant we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible before your departure date. In the event of a significant change you may decide to accept the booking as amended or cancel your booking with full refund of all monies paid by you.
3.2. The price for your holiday subject to surcharges if the time between your reservation and the your arrival date is more than 4 month. In case of a change of your holiday price we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible before your departure date. 4. Terms of payment
We reserve the right to request a prepayment.
Unless agreed otherwise the balance is payable latest on departure in cash, by debit card (Maestro) or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

5. Different terms and conditions must be confirmed by us in writing.
The Invoice is due for payment at the latest 8 days after receipt.
In the event of poor payment record, the hotel reserves the right of pre-payment.
